• templates
• PDFs
• digital reference materials
• other downloadable educational resources

Because these products are typically delivered immediately, all digital product sales are generally final once the product has been delivered, downloaded, or accessed, unless a specific refund or guarantee is stated on the product or checkout page.

2. Online Courses and Training

Refund eligibility for courses or training programs will depend on the specific offer.

If a course includes a refund period, satisfaction guarantee, or other special refund terms, those terms will be clearly stated on the applicable sales or checkout page.

If no separate refund terms are stated, course purchases are generally considered final once access has been provided.

3. Print Books and Physical Products

If a CKE print book or physical product is purchased through a third-party retailer such as Amazon, Barnes & Noble, or another seller, the refund and return policy of that retailer applies.

CKE does not control third-party return policies and cannot process refunds for purchases completed through an outside retailer.

If CKE sells a physical product directly, any applicable return terms will be stated on the product or checkout page.

4. Duplicate Charges

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase, contact CKE.

Verified duplicate charges will be reviewed and corrected where appropriate.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery

If you receive the wrong product, cannot access what you purchased, or believe the delivery was incomplete, please contact us so we can review and correct the issue.

• purchasing the wrong product by mistake
• deciding not to use the product
• failing to complete a course
• not achieving a specific career, employment, financial, or business result

7. Special Guarantees

From time to time, CKE may offer a specific guarantee or promotional refund period.

If a product includes a special guarantee, the terms of that guarantee will be stated on the applicable sales or checkout page.

8. Exceptional Circumstances

CKE reserves the right to review unusual circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

Any exception granted does not create an ongoing obligation to provide similar refunds in the future.

Processing times may depend on the payment processor, financial institution, or retailer involved.

CKE cannot control how quickly a bank or card issuer posts an approved refund.
